Jackie is the organisational and financial brains behind the business. She also provides invaluable support as an “ideas person” dreaming up exciting corporate video concepts for new productions.

Ian Gibb – Lighting Cameraman
Ian started life as a stills photographer in the tough world of news freelancing before switching to moving pictures. His experience spans the whole of the video age right back to the days of film. If it moves, or even if it does not, Ian has probably filmed it. An innate understanding of composition and pace gives his pictures a quality all of their own. An excellent people person Ian is just as much at home filming interviews with Boards of Directors or royalty or with people in the street or on the shop floor.
With a particular panache for the natural world, Ian’s pictures from race meetings like the Cheltenham Festival are legendary. He is one of nature’s creative gentlemen.
Ian’s credits include a number of films shot around the world for UNICEF (the United Nations Children’s Fund), World Cup Italia ’90 (with ITV), Climbing Kilimanjaro with The MacIntyre Charity for Young People with Disabilities, Hear of the Country (ITV), Cowes Week (Sunset & Vine) and Fariport Convention’s Fortieth Anniversary Documentary.
There are few things Ian will not do for a bacon sandwich.
Mike Hiscocks – Lighting Cameraman
Mike is a broadcast cameraman with a wealth of experience including ITV, BBC, ITN, Channel 9 (Australia), Sky News and many others. With a great eye for pictures and a genius for spotting “a different view,” Mike’s expertise brings many an Evensaul corporate video production to life. With many years service in the cut and thrust of broadcast news he combines speed with flair and creativity to produce exceptional results. Show Mike a machine or a vehicle and he is at his best finding remarkable images in the most at-first-sight mundane of mechanical objects.
Mike’s credits include Grand Prix coverage and working with all the top drivers and team bosses of Formula One for the past twenty years, the Paddington train crash, the West murders, the funeral of Diana Princess of Wales and many others. Stars he has worked with are too many to list exhaustively but include Peter Sellers, Elton John, Roger Moore, Julie Andrews, Mia Farrow and David Bowie. Perhaps his least known claim to fame is as a sometime drummer on The Muppet Show. When you watch the programme if you see Animal playing, it might just be Mike making the noise.
Steve Dann – Cameraman/Editor
Steve Dann is Evensaul’s specialist Same Day Corporate Film specialist. A superb and speedy cameraman with a great eye, he combines these skills with years of experience as a picture editor. Steve operates Evensaul Ltd.’s mobile edit unit which can be brought to any location for your pictures to be cut immediately after filming.
Steve is a perfectionist, and there is no greater discipline as a cameraman than knowing you will have to cut your own pictures so he rarely misses any opportunity for that one extra shot to make the second part of his job easier.
Steve’s broadcast credits include ITV, ITN and Aljazeera and has covered stories in many precarious parts of the world covering famine relief in Kenya and Somalia. Fortunately for us, on the two occasions when he was shot at in former Yugoslavia, his assailants contrived to miss him.
Damian Thomas – Picture Editor
Damian Thomas is one of the most sought after picture editors in the business. An expert with the Avid digital editing system, Damian has cut everything from news and documentaries to television commercials and pop videos. A picture editor has to combine the skills of a software engineer with that of a designer, making the camera images come to life while also producing a clear narrative. Damian will take the agreed ideas for your corporate film and take them creatively to the next level. As an editor with ITV he also gained a reputation for producing pop and entertainment features for Meridian Television which he then edited himself. The list of legends to share the screen with Damian includes, Alice Cooper, Bruce Willis, Jean-Claude Van Damme and Oasis.
Damian also has the distinction of being commonly mistaken for one of his more notable interviewees bearing an at times uncanny resemblance to Fatboy Slim.
